These Template Purchase Policies describe the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of Groth Co, LLC (“Groth Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Policies apply to all website templates owned and operated by us or our affiliates that link to this Policy.

Your Acceptance of the Template Purchase Terms

By purchasing one of our templates, you confirm your agreement to be bound by this Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use (located at thegrothco.com) which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of the Terms and Policies of our website, please do not use our website or purchase a template from our site. The Terms expressly supersede any prior Terms of Use between you and us or any of our affiliates or predecessors. 

PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW SECTION 19 OF OUR TERMS OF USE “MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER” SET FORTH BELOW AS IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. BY ENTERING THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS INCLUDED HEREIN AND HAVE TAKEN TIME TO CONSIDER THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS IMPORTANT DECISION.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of our Template Purchase Policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. It is your responsibility to check these Policies periodically because any changes will be binding on you. By purchasing one of our templates, after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

1. There a No Refunds on Template Purchases

Due to the digital nature of the product, there will be no refunds on any template purchases.

2. Reselling or Redistributing of Templates

Templates purchased on our website are not to be shared, resold or distributed to anyone else but the purchaser.

You may not share or give access to the templates to anyone but the purchaser. Only the purchaser is allowed to use the templates bought on our website.

Anyone who violates these terms will be subject to a fine of up to $50,000 per template they redistribute.
